Understanding your rating
User ratings help strengthen our community and improve the overall swapping experience, making sure that everyone can get the most out of Nuw.
Your rating is an average of all your successfully completed orders and it’s based on 3 key criteria – the time it takes to get an item delivered, the item’s condition on arrival and the user’s responsiveness to messages.
So, if you have a high rating it means your Nuw friends loved swapping with you. Keep up the good work! But if your rating is a little lower than you’d like, check out these tips on how to improve it.
Why are ratings important?
Ratings make it easier for you to spot our very best users. So if you want to improve your chances of having a smooth, stress-free swap we recommend sticking with highly rated users with multiple reviews.
Reviewing your swapping experience also helps keep everyone accountable. Superstar users get the credit they deserve and everyone else is encouraged to up their game.
How to improve your rating
If you want to improve your current rating, make sure you’re honest and accurate when you describe your listing and package your item correctly when shipping. This will help avoid any disappointed renuwers and help you score high on the ‘Item Condition’ category.
The best way to increase your ‘Delivery Time’ score, is getting your item shipped as soon as possible. But if that’s not possible, make sure you communicate this clearly with the person requesting your item, so there’s no confusion.
The best way to improve your ‘Responsive to Chat’ rating, is to make sure your notifications are turned on. That way you’ll never miss a message.
Why don't I have a rating?
Ratings only appear for users who have completed a swap for one of their items. If you haven't successfully swapped and sent one of your items to another user through the app, then you do not qualify for a rating.
Right now, it's not possible to give a rating to the person receiving your item. But if you think someone's behaviour doesn't align with our community guidelines, please reach out to the Nuw team at info@thenuwardrobe.com
