How to Ship Your Nuw Parcel

So, someone's fallen in love with your style and wants to get their hands on your Nuw wardrobe IRL? Here’s a quick guide on what happens next. The process and pricing is a little different depending on what country you live in, so select from the drop down below.

Ireland

Once a request is accepted, the sender and receiver will be able to message each other and organise payment for shipping costs (via Paypal, Revolut, bank transfer, etc).

An Post has a helpful Postage Calculator that allows you to calculate your postage online before sending. The price depends on the type of service you choose and the weight of the item you’re posting. Below are the standard shipping rates for next working day delivery.

United States

We’ve now built in shipping to the US version of the app, yay! This means that the person requesting the piece will pay the shipping costs on their end and the sender will be able to generate a prepaid shipping label on their end. Then it's just a matter of printing the label and attaching it to the parcel.

For senders, here’s a quick guide on how to download a shipping label and give your piece a loving new home.

How to Download a Shipping Label

  • Open the Nuw app and head to the Requests section.
  • Once you’re in the Requested From Me tab, click the Ready to Post button under your Nuw listing.
  • At this point, we’ll double-check that you’re ready to ship because once the label has been created, the request can’t be canceled. You can Continue if you wish to proceed or alternatively, you can message the requester.
  • Then hit the Download Label button and check your mobile Downloads folder (or wherever your downloads automatically save) for the PDF label – printing it may be easier if you send it to yourself by WhatsApp or email.
  • Print and attach your shipping label to your parcel and post it as soon as you can. You’ll be able to keep an eye on your parcel’s delivery status by clicking the drop-down on the Status bar.
