How do users get verified?

Every  member of Nuw has completed our verification process for your peace of mind. To verify your account, you will be prompted after your profile has been created. Please click the ‘verify your email’ button. An email will be sent to the account you registered with. Please ensure you open this email on your phone as it will then redirect back to the app.

How do I prove the condition of my item?

Before you exchange , take a photo on your phone to evidence the condition of your item.  Taking a photo on your phone automatically date stamps the time you took the photo, just in case there's any queries around the condition of your share or swap. However, our borrower-lender contract means your pieces are safeguarded in case of damage.

How and when do I pay for my membership fee?

You can purchase subscriptions through the Nuw app. Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless cancelled. If on a monthly membership plan, your payment will be taken on the same date and at the same time each month. This is taken automatically using the most recent registered card in your Payment Methods, which can be amended at any time in your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We will be really sad to see you go.  However if you would like to cancel your subscription  you can do so in app:

Settings > Membership > Manage subscription

How can I delete my account?

Again we will be sad to see you go but to delete your account please follow:

Settings > Delete Account
